A very popular and many of ours favorite dish.Romali Roti and Paneer Butter Masala are the perfect combinations. You may doubt whether this can be made in home.Yes, it is possible and very easy to prepare. There are two ways to prepare this dish, one with ready made ingredients (it takes hardly 20 -25 minutes) and the other one with natural ingredients (it takes bit more time). Today I am posting a recipe for Paneer Butter Masala with ready made ingredients. I prepared this to accompany with chapati.

Instructions
1) Mix all the ingredients given under To Mix in a bowl.Keep it aside.
2) In a pan add butter once it melts add oil, then add ginger garlic paste saute it until the raw smell goes, then crush fried onions and add to it.Saute it well.
3) Now pour the mixture in the bowl into the pan, mix well.Cook it for 3 minutes and add remaining milk.Let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes. If you need the gravy in liquid consistency add some water/milk to it. Taste for salt , spice and add some if needed.
4) Then add a tblsp of cream to the gravy and cook well. Now add paneer once the gravy cooked well. Mix gently and cook the gravy for another two minutes.
5) Transfer it to serving bowl, pour 1 tblsp of cream on top of the gravy before serving.
