Pattani Sundal one of most popular navarathri special dish. In temples they prepare this for prasadham, many of us go to temple only to get prasadham however they give only a spoonful of it. Even if it is just a spoon of prashadh we get unexplained happiness while having it, How many of you agree this? I can see many of your hands raising :) My mom prepare this for saraswathi pooja also sometimes as evening snack. Not sure how many of you have had Pattani Sundal along with Rice Puff, if not please try it, it tastes very good. There are many ways of preparing pattani sundal, and here come the recipe for my way of pattani sundal.
