Broccoli Fry, I won't say that this is my favorite recipe but it has high nutritional values.There are some foods we need to intake just because of this nutritional values even if it is not our favorite food one such vegetable is broccoli.I never cooked or tasted broccoli recipes when I was in India. Here in Sweden we rarely get Indian vegetables so with no other choice I bought this vegetable and just did a Google search for broccoli recipes and got to know about its benefits and I am really impressed, also found out a recipe and cooked this vegetable, and the taste was good. Many people say this vegetable tastes different and not everyone like this. I would say it has cauliflower taste. when I cooked this dish it smelt like Gobi fry. You can definitely give it a try for its benefits.

1) Heat few drops of oil in a pan, add cumin seeds once it splutters add chopped garlic to it, saute it till garlic turns golden brown color.
2) Now add chopped broccoli florets, cook it for 2 to 3 minutes in medium flame by closing the lid.
3) Mix gram flour, garam masala and salt separately in a plate or bowl and sprinkle this mixture on broccoli. Now sprinkle some water on broccoli, now close the lid and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until the broccoli absorbs all the flour.Check for salt and spice.If needed add some salt and pepper.
4) Transfer it to a serving bowl
