Today I am posting a recipe for Wheat Roti/Adai. When we say wheat roti, immediately we think it as Chappathi but this is not a chappathi. We use to call it as Gothuma Roti in our home but with the texture and cooking process we can also call it as Adai. It is a very easy recipe and can be prepared for both Breakfast and Dinner. This can be prepared in any size, I prepared a small but it can also be prepared bigger than this. Wheat roti is a soft one by texture and adding fried dhal & Onions to the roti gives very nice flavour and taste. Coconut chutney is the best side dish for this.

Try to even up in all the areas, concentrate on the middle part and drag the dough from middle to the corners, so that roti will be cooked evenly.
