In this fast world everybody's expectation is to get everything instantly, no one is ready to think whether it is good or bad. Most of us advice others to intake fruits, vegetables and juices to become healthy, but we will not follow this.How many of you agree this? Mostly everyone. I am not an exception. I have a habit of reading articles, forums and news related to healthy life. Few months ago I had a chance to read an article about Miracle Drink. It was amazing, am very much surprised to know how much benefits we are getting from this drink.

Here comes the recipe for Miracle Drink,
Ingredients:
Apple - 3/4
Carrot - 1 Medium Sized
Beetroot - 1 Lemon-Sized
Lemon Juice - 1 tblsp
Method:
1) Wash apple, carrot and beetroot , peel off the skin ( Optional ) I usually remove the skin for carrot and beetroot there may be a dust which will not get removed after washing them.
2) Finely chop all ( You can also grate them), put it in a food processor and grind them by adding little water. Don't add sugar.
3) You can drink it by just squeezing lemon in that or you can add some more water to the mixture & give it a nice mix or grind them once again, filter the mixture and squeeze some lemon to it before drinking.

- Drinking this in empty stomach gives more benefits.
- If needed you can add honey or you can add salt and pepper.
- You can also drink the juice just like that without adding lemon juice, salt, honey and pepper.
