In this fast world, everybody wants to finish their tasks quickly and to carry on with other task. In a family if both husband and wife is working then it is very difficult to prepare variety of dishes, why to go for variety we may feel difficult to prepare just a simple breakfast, It happened in my family too. Not always but sometimes we both use to get up late, no time to prepare breakfast and so we have breakfast and lunch in hotels/cafeteria. (There are some people who use to skip their breakfast because of no time)
In those days no one is there for me to tell some tricks / tips to follow to avoid visiting hotels at least for breakfast.
Today I am sharing a recipe for sandwich stuffing, you can prepare this stuffing and store it in refrigerator for later use. You just need to stuff this inside the bread and toast bread in tawa and you can also carry this to your office and have it in cabin or pantry. So there is no need to skip your breakfast or to have in hotels, this stuffing I prepared with carrot and beans so it is healthy too. (Definitely better than Jam)
Ingredients:
Method:
1) Heat oil in a pan , add fennel seeds saute it till the color turns to light brown.
2) Add chopped carrot and beans saute it for 2 minutes, then add ginger garlic paste, stir it and add coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and saute it for 4 minutes. Then just sprinkle some water, close the pan with lid and let the vegetables cook.
3) Turn off the stove once the vegetables are cooked. Let it cool for sometime and transfer it to a air tight container and store it in refrigerator for later use.(Max 4 days)
4) While preparing sandwich just spread some curd on single side of two bread slices, sprinkle some pepper powder on the side of the bread which has curd. Place the vegetable stuffing between two slices and heat it in tawa.
5) Now your bread vegetable sandwich is ready to eat.
Note:
1) Curd spread is optional
2) You can always use your choice of vegetables
3) You can also use cheese slices to place in between bread slices.
