Adai Dosa a healthy breakfast recipe, which is made of Rice and Lentils. Lentils are rich in soluble fiber, which also lowers blood cholesterol as it
gives you that full feeling you need to avoid temptation and help with
weight loss. Not only healthy but also a very tasty and easy recipe. It can be prepared very easily and you can give a different variety recipe to your family.
Here comes the recipe,
Ingridients:
Method:
1) In a bowl add rice, bengal gram, thoor dhal, Red chillis, Curry leaves then add some water and wash everything. Then add hing, salt to the mixture. Soak everything for minimum 1 hour in equal amount of water.
2) Mixture should absorb all water then grind it using food processor or mixer grinder. ( Check for salt by tasting the batter) then add onions and coriander leaves to the batter.
3) For thick adai you can just spread the batter in dosa tawa. Add some water to the batter if you need adai like a crispy dosa.
Note:
1) Requirements I have provided above is for spongy but little crispy dosa.
2) For super good crispy dosa increase the amount of rice. Instead of 1/2 cup, add 1 cup rice.
